To become an official member of Holy Trinity Cathedral you must be at least 18 years old and an Orthodox Christian.  Membership entitles one to hold an office in the parish and to participate in meetings of the parish.  Your membership helps to support Holy Trinity Cathedral but also the Consistory of the UOCC and the Central Eparchy.  The Current Membership donation is $220/person.

You don't have to be an official member of our Parish to attend the Cathedral, however one must be an Orthodox Christian to participate in the Sacramental life of the parish.  Our doors are open to everyone! We warmly welcome all visitors and inquirers.

Please return the completed form to the parish priest or email to Father Gene Maximiuk at molze@mymts.net or Membership Chair Shelley Kowalchuk at kowalano1@yahoo.com.

You can pay your membership through etransfer to treasurer@htuomc.org (no security question/answer required). Please indicate in the etransfer that your payment is for membership.

The Pre-Authorized Debit form is to be used for new applications, changes to existing applications or to cancel the automatic withdrawal.
