November 23rd 2025 the children of our Sunday School at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral – Winnipeg took part in a commemoration ceremony honoring the victims of the Holodomor with deep respect and sincere hearts.

The children read words of sorrow and bowed their heads in a shared tribute to the millions of innocent souls who perished during those terrible years. As long as the younger generation knows the truth, our history continues to live.

As teachers, we extend our gratitude to all the children and parents for their united prayer, their remembrance, and their heartfelt love for our homeland, as well as for carrying this memory forward.
